We’ve upgraded our coating lines with a new corona treater
At PCC, we’re always looking at innovative ways to improve our running capabilities when it comes to coating and converting. We’ve recently installed a brand-new corona treater to our coating lines.
We coat water-based adhesives, with a huge range of substrates, adhesives and liners, we construct your perfect label solution. We are a labelstock manufacturer based in the UK and serve printing companies around the globe, with high quality self adhesive products.
What is a corona treater?
A corona treater modifies the surface of plastics and other materials that are printed on, guaranteeing higher surface energy. This will further improve the wettability and adhesion of films, foils and papers that we coat and convert in house at our UK base. We have source the new piece of machinery from Vetaphone.
