Offering the very best self adhesive labelling services
As dedicated self-adhesive coaters and converters, we are well versed at providing the self adhesive labelling services to every application presented to us; from coating and converting, to toll coating and sheeting.
Our purpose-built factory is home to two bespoke coating lines and five converting machines. The combination of this technology and a wealth of industry experience allows us to provide our customers with the confidence they need for their labelling solutions.
We have an array of products, that fall within our six carefully constructed product ranges.
The ranges include:
PREMLASER™
The range for all of your laser labelstock requirements, including BS5609: 2024 applications. Options include (but not limited to) Filmic materials, synthetic materials, tamper evident materials, matt, gloss, satin labelstock.
PREMJET™
The range includes materials for inkjet printers. Options include pigment and dye-based materials, we coat these inkjet materials to perfection. Options include: Clear over-laminating films, blackout, matt, gloss, satin, clear finishes, BS 5609: 2024 applications and more.
PREMFIX™
This specialist tapes range. Bonding labelstock materials that are designed for various applications, predominantly for industrial applications, however, if you have a bespoke application for your labelstock, we will support you when manufacturing your product to ensure the best bonding results. Options include (not limited to) foil, high bond, single / double sided and removable tapes.
PREMDURE™
A full to the brim with products that will withstand the harshest of environments. This range includes our popular BS 5609: 2024 certified product PPG TESLIN® Substrate. We have been known for decades as the premier chemical label stock supplier. We manufacture at our UK base and ship durable labelstock products worldwide. Options include the aforementioned self-adhesive PPG TESLIN®, PP’s, Polyesters, Gloss White PET’s and more that have brilliant durable print adhesion.
PREMVIS™
An eye-catching range of materials that attract customers to your products. The PREMVIS™ range encompasses bright self-adhesive labelstock that stands out. Options include metallic, fluorescent (multiple colours) and holographic materials, coated with water based adhesives and sent to you, ready for printing. Whether you’re looking for point of sale stickers (POS) or luxury wine, alcoholic bottle products, we have the adhesive available to complete your bespoke construction.
PREMECO™
When it comes to sustainable label materials, PCC provide environmentally friendly self-adhesive materials to help protect our planet. Options include biodegradable, compostable (BN EN 13432), home compostable and recyclable materials and further to this, dissolvable, wash away and recycled content materials. Eco papers available with specialist eco adhesives. We work closely with Bio4life who produce eco-friendly adhesives to achieve the standards required for these materials.
