A high-performance self-adhesive material
Built with substrate, adhesive and liner that is impervious to scratches, scrapes, scuffs and damage. Not only the many factors included in the substrate itself that mean that it is resistant to static and water, but the material also itself has high-performance printing qualities. Predominantly used for laser printing, the chemical drum labels print performs extremely well in harsh environments.
A label stock that has sustained over 25 years
In 2004, Premier Coating & Converters’ company directors Steve Flood and John Ward changed their company name from ICP, to continue their journey of producing premier self-adhesive products, under a new name. Something that wasn’t new, was their processes and performance standards. The PPG Teslin material was already in production. PCC’s in-house team have been coating and converting the synthetic material consistently for over two and a half decades.
BS5609: 2024 Section 2 Accreditation
To make sure that PCC were ahead of the curve when it came to accreditation, we ensured we processed our materials for accreditation in early 2026. We have fully compliant GHS chemical drum labels that are accredited to BS5609: 2024 standard.
We regularly oversee immersion testing in our in-house laboratory. Our quality team regularly tests our materials too, so when it comes to the quality of our products, accreditations and testing are sacrosanct.
