Our technical capabilities
When it comes to PCC’s technical capabilities, we have an experienced team who have spent over 40 years combined within the labelling industry. Working closely with the sales team to understand our customers requirements, as well as ensuring the highest of quality when producing products, regardless of whether that is existing products or new innovations. When considering machinery, Premier’s custom-designed coating lines and slitter rewinders can handle material up to 1.5 meters wide and from 12 to 450 microns thick – giving us the ability to supply the vast majority of label stock requirements.
In the near future, we will be implementing a new MIS system to increase productivity and efficiencies. We will be moving the business forward to develop not only the way in which we work, but the way in which our teams perform.

With these facilities and expertise, we can also manufacture label stock constructions to meet your needs. We have the ability to use one of our many adhesives, combined with substrates that withstand the toughest of conditions.
Quality Management
Premier Coating and Converters operates a Quality Management System that has gained ISO 9001: 2015 certification, including aspects specific to the provision of adhesive coated products.
It is implemented by every employee in each of our departments.
