Let’s set the scene for your self-adhesive label products

Holographic materials – sticker sheet for schools
Your child / grandchild comes home from school. They’re excited to show you their great day has been recognised; in the form of a shiny new sticker on their uniform. Or they’re back from the dentist and they’ve secured a “I’ve been brave” sticker and there they are: parading it around the house! That sticker started life a long time prior to being placed on a school jumper. The stickers self-adhesive journey is longer than most will realise, but it’s important to understand how it got there.
Within our PREMVIS™ range, we coat and convert attractive, eye-catching label materials that are ready to print. Options include, but are not limited to metallic, fluorescent, holographic, luxury and more. With a range of adhesives (removable, high tack, semi-permanent and many more) available, we can construct the materials at our UK base, and we’re able to ship worldwide.
Last year we produced holographic materials that were to be used for sticker sheets.
Supporting Sticker Gizmo
The brief comes in, Sticker Gizmo required a coating company to produce compostable self-adhesive products that are fit for purpose.
We sourced the perfect face stock from Futamura; the substrate itself is made of wood pulp. The requirement was to construct a self-adhesive product that had the same high-quality look that the previous conventional plastic materials had, but with a sustainable label stock.
We collaborated and confirmed the compostable BioTAK® XS102 adhesive, combined with a sustainable liner and Futamura substrate. We distributed a product that Sticker Gizmo required within the timeframe. For more information about this, click here.
Durable label materials for chemical drums
A customer calls in, they have a problem with his chemical drum labels, for metal drums, they are performing ok, however for HDPE, they are struggling.
This is when we can step in and introduce them to a product that we are experts in producing chemical drum labels. A label that forms strong bonds with adhesives, inks and toners. The BS 5609: 2024 accredited material PPG TESLIN®, with highly successful results.
We create this water, chemical and tear resistant material that has excellent durability. Our customers know we never cut corners when it comes to quality, and that’s why they return for this product.
