We’re investing in our team with promotions and new acquisitions at Premier Coating & Converters Ltd.
We’ve recognised members of our team with new roles and promotions, as well as adding further expertise into the PCC family. We’re celebrating personal and professional growth within the business:
- Stepping up as the first point of contact for customers, Kia Prosser has been promoted to Office Manager, following a successful period as Business Administrator. Kia began the role in August and has excelled.
- Steve White has stepped into a new role within the business, as Quality Manager. With over 14 years of experience at PCC, Steve is well-known in the industry for his efficiency and warm nature.
We hope that those of you who know both Kia and Steve will congratulate them in their new roles. Further to this, we’ve added a new Maintenance Engineer and Marketing Manager to the ranks.

Kia is recognised for her hard work and promoted to Office Manager
Kia has been recognised for the hard work she has put in over the past couple of years. She joined in 2023 as a Business Administrator and has built up a great rapport with our customer base. With the much-loved Debbie changing to part-time hours through the week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), Kia has made the natural progression to Office Manager.

Steve moves into a quality role at PCC
Steve White, who has worked at the business for over fourteen years has recently accepted a new role of Quality Manager, ensuring the very best standards are met across the business.
“I’m looking forward to applying my experience to help maintain and promote our high standards of quality across all areas of the business. I’m especially excited to work closely with both new and existing customers to ensure we continue delivering reliable, high-performance solutions that meet their evolving needs. I’ve been here for over a decade, to see us investing in the future is very exciting.”

Nick joins the team, bringing a wealth of engineering expertise
With over 20 years of experience in engineering, Nick joins our team, working within our maintenance department, he is an expertly skilled engineer who has familiarized himself with PCC quickly.
“It’s been good to see Nick settle in so quickly, he’s shown a real hunger to get stuck in with the day-to-day. The team love him and he’s given me plenty of support in his first few weeks. He’s keen to impress and he has a good sense of humour too, which always helps!”

Jake re-joins the business after six years away
Gaining experience in different industries elsewhere, (in both a B2C and B2B capacity) Jake has returned to the place where it all began for him.
“As someone who grew up in and around the business, I’m very pleased to be back home. I care deeply about PCC and know that we have an exceptional team that is capable of building on our fantastic reputation. I’ll be working closely with our sales team and look forward to ensuring we continue to present the very best version of ourselves and our product base. I’m excited to build on our successes in the years ahead”.
