We use water-based adhesives to coat substrates and liners together, using our in-house bespoke coating lines. Our coating lines run at specific speeds, and we coat materials with varying grams per square meter (gsm).

We coat materials from 20µ up to 300µ.

We can coat up between 930mm and 1500mm wide.

Our adhesives vary, and each product has a specific adhesive.

They are all water based adhesives. If a customer requires a certain application, we will have a suitable adhesive for this. For example, if we have a material that needs to stick to a chemical drum underwater, we have a high tack adhesive that is BS5609 certified. Yes, we are ISO accredited to ISO 9001: 2015 standard. This internationally recognised credential, means that we are following the correct QMS standards.

At the time of writing (2026) we have 2 products that are BS5609: 2024 accredited. With tests completed in the early part of 2026, we announced the fantastic news that both the PPG TESLIN® substrate and an inkjet material that are both suitable for chemical drums, both metal and HDPE.

The process or accreditation includes rigorous testing. Inclusive of exposure to marine exposure, temperature variations and immersion in salt water at mid-tide for three months. Read about our certification here.

Printed self-adhesive labels must stay in place. Further to this, the durability and abrasion resistance of the label are tested within a marine environment.

No, we coat a variety of products, depending on customers and their applications. We produce many materials within our product ranges. Including (but not limited to):

We are able to achieve as low as 10gsm-65gsm on our coating lines.

Depending on your requirements. We have a hardworking procurement team, who complete regular checks with various suppliers. This is to ensure everyone is getting the best result when it comes to manufacturing costs.

Again, this is dependent on your requirements, however, we will tell you at the earliest instance when your finished product materials will reach you.

We contract coat and convert regularly. If you have material, and need it processed by a trustworthy manufacturer of label stock, we can help.

This can vary. Some of our clientele use materials for point of sale, some for the spines of books, some for chemical drum labels and some for exhibition flooring tape. The possibilities are limitless. Because we are bespoke, our end users applications are too.
